Express shipping: 7-9 business days for $67
Overnight 36 Hours. $125 – Only with Bitcoins

Place your order online, and in cases where the designated store lacks the items you seek, we offer shipping from our distribution center. Standard shipping, priced at $45, typically takes 16-18 business days, while express shipping, available at $65, ensures delivery within 7-9 business days. For urgent requests, an overnight shipping option is available at $125, exclusively payable in bitcoins. Please note that processing your order may take an additional day after payment certification and verification. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details. It’s important to be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and if shipments are refused, you’ll be responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return expenses.

RESHIPPING

We offer a complimentary reshipment if your package is not delivered within 25-30 days. Occasionally, delays can occur during the clearance process at the post office or customs. In the event of a repeated occurrence, you may be required to cover the shipping costs and furnish an alternative address to ensure a secure delivery.

REFUND POLICIES FOR CUSTOMERS

There are following cases where a customer can apply for a refund

CANCELLATION

No refund can be issued, if the payment has been made and the order has been forwarded to the Shipping Department.

NON-RECEPTION

The customer can apply for a refund, in case the order has not been received within 45 days by the customers. However, the following non-reception causes will not be refunded:

  • Customer changed his/her address.
  • Customer provided wrong address.
  • The order arrived at the right address, but there was no one to claim it.
  • The order arrived at the right address, but someone else claimed it

INEFFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We try to provide top notch products for customers, if the customers claim that the products are still ineffective, the customers can apply for a refund with the following things in their mind

  • A clear picture of the lab test report.
  • A vivid picture of the products
  • A lucid picture of the package (Envelop, box etc.)
  • Order number

Test Order:


We don’t offer free reshipping for test orders, if order is lost or stuck somewhere, we won’t be responsible. Free reshipping is only for minimum of 30 pills order.
