K-spray
K-Spray is something I learnt about from my mates at Burns because this is the best way to do K. Why:
-It’s discreet and easy to dose. Looks just like medicine. No bags or spoons. You can easily do on the middle of the dance floor :-). Super quick and consistent dosing
-It’s strong / great value. Did you know that when you insufflate (snort) Ketamine, you only absorb around half of your precious gear? Putting K in liquid increases how much those poor mucous membranes can absorb. My mates have been telling me that it’s their favorite way to do K because it comes on faster too.
-It gives those poor mucous membranes a break. Maybe I don’t do enough K to be party fit but my nose just doesn’t like K. Even if I have just a couple of bumps, the next day my nose is a clogged up mess. Liquid K doesn’t dry me out as much.
Suggested dose: For the average person 1 – 3 sprays. Probably start with 2 and then 1 to top up. 80 sprays in a bottle means this goes a long way. As a rough guide, the usual (small) bump is around 15-20 mg. Each spray is 12.5mg.
What’s in it?
Simply the same K that is in my pure rock. Each bottle has 1g of pure premium 10/10 Special K, saline water and a tiny amount of lemon juice extract to prevent clogging and improve absorption. Sorry I am not going to give my secret recipe away!
LSD Spritzer
Out of all the recreational substances I take, this is my favorite. The one I do most often because: It’s super fun, full of laughs and giggles. It’s energizing and increases your presence & focus. You are totally competent which means you can keep your shit together and interact with other people. You feel happy and content. It’s not too intense or long winded which means no bad trips and easier to sleep. There are no hangovers or come downs (but be aware if you use it to stay awake and bounce around all night, you will still be sleep deprived and tired). And there’s just a touch of crazy – there’s an element of disinhibition with creative energy that ends up in those legendary stories of “remember the one time in band camp”…. 😊
At this dose you’re not munged out on the couch, or chewing your face off. In fact it can even be hard to spot that you’re high because this drug is like you, but only better.

Each spritz is approx. 8 micrograms.

The classic question I get is how much chocolate to have. The simple answer is start with one square because this is a meaningful amount but not too challenging for most people.
Quarter Square: Microdose for happiness and anxiety
0.5 Square to 1 Square: Recreational, good for laughs and parties
1 to 2 Squares: Tripping, medicinal, nature walks. This dose will be strongly visual for most people, but be advised that individual sensitivity to psychedelics can vary significantly between people so you will have to experiment to find your happy spot. Noobs should probably start at a smaller dose, unless there is a trip spotter.
Topping up:
From what I have experienced psychedelics are not like drinking where you carry on topping up and getting progressively more intoxicated. This is because we build up a tolerance to psychedelics very rapidly and subsequent doses necessarily make the experience stronger, but rather just longer. So decide on your desired experience and take that dose in one go. Be brave and dive in, rather than tip-toeing in, bit by bit.
